General Terms and Conditions

  • Detailed instructions are provided on the login page regarding the procedure for completed transactions, payment confirmation slips, and failed transactions.
  • Please follow the instructions carefully.
  • Once the "Pay Online" option is selected, you will be directed to the payment gateway.
  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation slip will be generated. The customer must keep this for reference.
  • In case the payment is not successful, a failure notification will be displayed.
  • Important: If you have provided payment details or authorization but have not received a response, please check with your bank before attempting the payment again. If your account is debited, do not make any attempt to pay again.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • There is no cancellation option for the customer.
  • Duplicate Payment: The end user should approach the accounts department for a refund with proof of transaction/bank statement.
  • Payments once paid are non-refundable. However, for exceptional cases, the School/College management holds the right to take the decision of refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days. The respective payment billdesk will send the request to the issuing bank, which takes approximately 8 - 9 working days depending on bank policies.
IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The institution may update these terms from time to time.

Penalty for Late Payment

Collecting fines is not the primary objective, but late payments must be addressed to ensure the institution's operations. Payments are payable monthly, quarterly, or yearly as informed to the applicant.
